• 'Caribbean Al'
  Alan Moss and his lovely wife Denise have been traveling through the Caribbean since 1975. After selling his business in New York, he came to St Maarten in 1983. His next door neighbor at the time was the Timeshare Sales Manager at Pelican Resort, and Alan was recruited as a salesperson. Since then he's been changing people's lives on a daily basis. He worked at Royal Palm for 10 years before joining our sales team. 25 years in the business brought with him his impressive owner base of about 2300 owners, all of whom he knows by name and "family history". Caribbean Al, as he is known fondly, was born for this profession and still has a passion for making people's dreams come true.


• Suzi Davis
  Suzi joins the Sales Team after 33 years on St. Maarten. Some of her experiences have been in Management at Dawn Beach Hotel, Pelican Resort and Aquamania Watersports. Her background in Hotel Operations and Customer Service brings a perfect fit to the La Vista Family!
