The Penthouse Suite has a bedroom with king bed, bathroom with shower on first level, up a spiral staircase to second level with living room with pull-out sofa, dining area, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. This suite has a magnificent ocean view. Maximum occupancy: 4
The kitchenette consist of 2 burners, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and small appliances. They are all furnished with silverware, dishes, glasses, etc... This unit has air-conditioning, satellite TV ( with 14 channels). La Vista also proposes a safe deposit box at a minimal fee, direct dial telephones and electrical generator in case of island power failure.
